Saturday 4th February  2017   CD Afternoon at 2 Frank Large Walk, St Crispin's, Northampton NN5 4UP at 3.00pm.

Members are invited to bring their own treasured recording (no more than five minutes, please) that they would take to the Island!

Saturday 25th February 2017 Orgelbuchlein Project Talk and Demonstration given by William Whitehead

3pm at All Saints', Northampton

Saturday 22nd April  2017 Trip to Cambridge to visit and play the organs of  Robinson College (10:45am) Selwyn College (Letourneau organ) approx. 12:15pm,  and Great St Mary's Church (3:30pm).


Saturday 20th May 2017 Concert at St Mary's, Finedon NN9 5NR by Peterborough Cathedral Choir to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the installation of the Father Smith organ.

7.30pm concert. Free to NDOA members. 12 tickets for non-members.

Music to include the premiere of Francis Pott's setting of Psalm 150, commissioned for this occasion, and William Croft's setting of the same text, written for the organ's installation in 1717.



Saturday 24th June 2017

Members' Recital at 2pm. St Gregory's, Northampton.

Donations following the recital will go towards the David Morgan Education Fund.

Saturday 30th September 2017

Composers' Event - local composers have been invited to submit choral or organ music to be sung at this event.

Venue: All Saints' Church, Northampton

Rehearsal 2.15 to 4.00pm. Informal Performance of the works at 4:30pm (max. 45 mins) All are welcome to attend the performance - no cost.

We have four excellent singers and a very good organist performing the works.

Saturday 11th November  2017 93rd Annual General Meeting  to be held at Abington Avenue URC, Northampton, during the afternoon.
